Assistive technology makes gaming accessible for disabled people. We provide bespoke adapted controller set-ups for disabled gamers, along with the expertise to use them independently.

Sensation CTS has helped many disabled people to play console and computer games using bespoke assistive technology set-ups, and the benefits are numerous. One user expressed how operating a joystick and buttons in place of a traditional controller gave him the feeling of enjoyment that he’d previously only observed in others while they played. He added that playing console games with his accessible gaming set up was effectively a physio session too.

Console and computer gaming can be an engaging and fun way to practice and gain control over:

  • Joysticks
  • A mouse
  • Eye gaze
  • Buttons & switches

Developing these transferable technical and operational skills through gaming can also open up accessibility to communication, learning, leisure and work.
